My name is Kaila Kelly, the founder, and owner of OANA, and this is my story!

Starting at a very young age I had a huge passion for young children and childcare. I grew up with a very large extended family and was oftentimes the “on-call” babysitter of the bunch. I grew to love this role and felt an overwhelming sense of pride and contentment in helping others. I continued to nanny throughout my college career while earning my bachelor's in social work. After graduating, I found it to be my true calling and have provided care for several amazing families since then!

I'm now going on 11 years of being a professional nanny and love where I am in my career, as well as whom this has allowed me to grow to be. My love for meeting new families and childcare professionals has only grown deeper; and my drive for helping others is forever present in what I do. I believe every parent, child, and nanny deserves the perfect placement. 

During my time in the nanny business, I've recommended countless childcare professionals to well-deserving families. And as the founder of Open Arms Nanny Agency, my goal is to work tirelessly to provide parents with the stability and comfort that comes with the knowledge that their children are well taken care of. I'm also confident that I'm well equipped to provide children with the safe, and secure environment they deserve. Lastly, I'm thrilled to provide nannies, babysitters, and other childcare professionals with their ideal job to help them grown in their careers.
